Availability and Pricing
All sales are subject to availability. While we do try to stock all of our items, we may occasionally custom order your item(s). Prices are subject to change. If there should be any price changes as a result of our distributor, we will notify you before we finalize your order.

Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value (i.e. a different brand of the same item) if we do not have an equivalent item in stock.

Shipping
To minimize your shipping costs, we will not estimate freight for most orders. You will be billed for actual shipping prices after your order ships. We ship all items UPS Ground unless your item is too large and must be shipped Yellow Freight. The minimum shipping charge is $5.00.

Sales Tax
We are required by New York State law to collect applicable sales taxes unless your organization is exempt with proper documentation.

Returns
All returns must be made within one week of the date of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt (except internet orders) and a note explaining the reason for return. You will pay return shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our end. All returns (with the exception of faulty products) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty
Chauvet provides a 24-month limited warranty on all DMX products, a 12-month limited warranty on Special Effect fixtures and controllers, a 3-month limited warranty on items with an "NV" prefix. Warranty is from date of purchase. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship only. Date/place of purchase and serial number must be submitted at the time of service. Chauvet does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or any repairs not carried out by Chauvet. Most other brands on our Web site have similar warranties; contact us for complete details. Items not covered by warranty are parts considered prone to failure due to general wear and tear (i.e. lamps, laser diodes [90 days], fuses, brushes, and belts).
